Compliance calendar
UCR renewal, the MCS-150 update and each truck's annual DOT inspection — tracked from rules, with weekly reminders.
What it tracks
| Item | Where you enter it | When it's due |
|---|---|---|
| UCR | Carrier → Edit → UCR registered through (the last year paid) | Dec 31, for the following year |
| MCS-150 update | Nothing — worked out from the carrier's USDOT number | Every two years, in the month set by the USDOT number's last two digits (49 CFR 390.19) |
| Annual DOT inspection | Truck → Edit → Last annual inspection | One year after the last inspection (49 CFR 396.17) |
Where you see it
- The carrier page header shows UCR (registered through, or not on file) and the MCS-150 due date.
- Trucks show when their annual inspection is due or overdue.
- The weekly compliance email lists anything coming due or overdue, alongside CDL and medical card expirations.
Nothing can remind you about a date that isn't entered — fill in each carrier's UCR year and each truck's last inspection once.
