Users & permissions

1. 1Go to Settings → Users (admin only) and click New User.
2. 2Enter name, email, and role (Admin or Dispatcher).
3. 3Set a temporary password and share it directly — there is no self-registration.

Drivers sign in with their own account and land on the mobile driver portal — never the dispatcher app. Their driver record is matched to them by email. Carrier owners get a portal scoped to their own carrier, where they can also settle their drivers.

• Dispatchers see and manage the loads they own; admins see everything.
• Commission rules and payroll are admin-only; each dispatcher can view their own commission breakdown.
• Every mutation is recorded in an audit log from day one.
