Carriers
A carrier is a motor carrier company (MC/DOT authorized) you dispatch for — each with its own trucks, drivers, dispatching fee %, factoring setup, contacts, and CC emails for notifications. One dispatching company can run any number of carriers.
Trucks
- Types: box trucks (22/24/26 ft), straight trucks, cargo vans, sprinters.
- Physical specs — box and door dimensions, GVWR, payload — power load-compatibility checks.
- Liftgate and CDL-required flags feed assignment warnings.
- Truck photos, VIN, plate, and unit numbers per carrier.
Drivers
Drivers belong to a carrier, optionally with a default truck. CDL license number, state, and expiry are tracked for compliance. Give them a user account with the same email to open their portal; disable that account to revoke access.
