Driver portal
A mobile web portal drivers sign in to from any phone — no app store, no training.
How drivers use it
- One tap to update status: arrived at pickup, in transit, at delivery, delivered — each timestamped and notified.
- GPS navigation buttons open the exact pickup/delivery pin in Google Maps or Waze.
- Upload BOL, POD, lumper receipts, and photos straight from the phone camera (JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF).
- Per-load chat with the dispatcher, plus a Report Problem button for emergencies.
- Driver instructions from the dispatcher are highlighted so nothing gets missed.
Access is their own login, matched to the driver record by email. Disable the user to revoke access instantly.
