Load management
Create loads by hand, from clipboard, or from a PDF — with autocomplete, compatibility checks, and financials computed live.
Creating a load
The load form covers identity (auto-generated load number, broker reference, broker, carrier, load type FTL/LTL/Partial/Power-only, priority), pickup and delivery (Geoapify address autocomplete with GPS coordinates for driver navigation), financials (rate, detention, accessorials, lumper), miles (loaded + deadhead), and freight details (commodity, weight, dimensions, liftgate requirement).
- RPM and deadhead % are calculated automatically as you type.
- Liftgate loads warn when the assigned truck has no liftgate; cargo dimensions are checked against the truck's box.
- Driver instructions are emphasised in the driver's portal — the block with the accent rule, the first thing they read. Notes appear there too, in a quieter block, so keep anything the driver should not see out of that field.
- Broker contact email auto-fills from your broker contact history, matched by pickup/delivery state.
Working the list
- List view grouped by week (newest first) with filters for status, carrier, truck, broker, date range, and priority.
- Paginated at 100 rows, and the footer says exactly where you are — Showing 1–100 of 412. Sorting or switching tabs returns you to page 1 and keeps every filter you set.
- Two row densities. Density trades whitespace only — no column is ever hidden to make room.
- Falcon Score on every row: 0–100 and an A–F grade from RPM against the corridor average, broker history, deadhead, timing, and how complete the load's own data is. It shows as a thin coloured rule on the left of the row, so a bad load stands out without every row becoming a coloured block.
- Group by truck, export CSV, duplicate or archive loads.
- Per-load chat thread with the driver, with unread indicators.
- Every load carries a full status history / activity timeline.
